Kathy Griffin has alleged Russell Brand sexually harassed one of her friends amid the investigation into the actor.
More allegations against Brand have been raised with the Metropolitan Police, including rape, sexual assault, and controlling behaviour.
The comedian took to right-wing site Rumble to deny the accusations and claim all his many sexual relationships were consensual.
He claimed it was a ‘war on free speech’ before asking his 70,000 followers to donate to his cause.
Griffin, 62, shared an experience her friend had with the Rock of Ages actor, calling him a ‘sleazebag’ for his behaviour.
The comedian and actress claimed the 48-year-old once groped her friend during an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.

A joint investigation by The Times, The Sunday Times and Channel 4’s Dispatches shared the stories of four women who accused Brand of assault at the height of his fame.
Since the documentary aired, both the BBC and Channel 4 have removed Brand’s content from their platforms and launched their own investigations into his behaviour.
Griffin warned there are ‘so many more’ allegations yet to come out, not specifying if she meant Brand or other ‘male comics’ with the same ‘mindset’.

Sharing the video on both TikTok and Instagram, Griffin added that she found his level of success was ‘ridiculous’ in ‘light of this behaviour’.
Some of the allegations took place while Brand was pursuing a career in Hollywood, during which time he starred in several films such as Rock of Ages and Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
‘It gives me a little comfort when guys like Russell Brand finally have some price to pay,’ Griffin concluded her video.
