WWE star Bayley has shared a cryptic, candid and somewhat lonely photo on social media after another loss on Raw.
The Damage CTRL leader and Iyo Sky – who are already a woman down after Dakota Kai suffered a devastating ACL tear ruling her out of action for months – successfully battled for the Women’s Tag Team Titles on Monday night’s episode.
Unfortunately for the Role Model, they fell short with Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler winning the bout, which also included Shotzi and Raquel Rodriguez, and Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville.
It means Bayley is without a win since May 1 when she and Kai beat then-champions Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, while her last on-screen victory before that came on January 9.
Her tough run appears to be part of a storyline split for Damage CTRL, and she could have sewed the seeds of that after Monday’s show with a backstage snap.
In the photo, which was posted without a caption, Bayley can be seen sitting backstage on her own making a phone call.

A lot of people have suggested she could be calling her former tag team partner Sasha Banks, who is now working in Japan as Mercedes Mone after leaving the company a year ago.
